With Thanksgiving only a week away, many of you are running around getting ready for the holiday; grocery shopping, putting up decorations, picking out the bird and getting ready for that onslaught of the extended family.
I love Thanksgiving, but it does take a lot out of you especially when the Thanksgiving dinner is held at your house every year. Not only do you have to cook the turkey and trimmings, but you have to clean your entire house, make sure there’s plenty of seating for dinner and plan things to keep everyone occupied. It’s no wonder you’re exhausted!
Here’s a little tip on how to revive yourself during the holiday. Take a break and pamper yourself before the big day. Plan a day at the spa for a massage and facial, then make the evening a night of romance. It’s a sure fire way to relieve all that unwanted stress.
So this year before the stress of the holiday threatens to take over you, just stop and take a break. One day is all you’ll need to get those endorphins kicking again. Make the day yours and share the night with your “significant other”. Throw on some sexy lingerie, a little mood music, light some candles and enjoy!
